A Compassionate, Judgment-Free Approach
Hoarding is a recognized mental health condition, and the people we work with are someone's parent, sibling, neighbor, or longtime tenant. Every crew member is trained to keep judgment out of the conversation. We don't make comments about what we see, we don't take photos for anyone except the family or property manager, and we treat the home with the same care we'd want for our own.
When a therapist or social worker is involved, we follow their lead on pace. When the family wants to handle the emotional side themselves, we focus on the physical work and stay out of the way.
